Created in 1996, it immediately gained success in Italian and international markets due its ability to do "heavy" work : with Pizza al Metro you can churn out 300 pizzas per hour! 1Pizza al Metro is also available in a gas version. 2The oven Pizza al Metro oven adapts to any type of venue thanks to its design. 3The Pizza al Metro oven is built with high quality materials able to withstand heat and daily use. 4The mouth of the Pizza al Metro oven is 70 cm wide and lets you use big trays or cook pizza by the metre. 5Thanks to the perfectly spherical shape, the dome of Pizza al Metro accommodates the flame with a gentle movement towards the chimney flue, after the cooking floor has been well irradiated. 6The cooking floor of Pizza al Metro is made of refractory brick that can withstand heat up to 1200°C and be replaced without the help of experts because of the smooth and shaped pieces that compose it.
